Rent Collection

We collect rent from tenants on the first day of the month. Our team settles your property bills and invoices and sends you copies and receipts.

Preparing Legal Notices

Our legal partners draft notices for rent payments and non-compliance with house rules. We post these notices to inform tenants of payment deadlines and the actions that will be taken if they continue to violate their lease agreements. This action allows us to secure your revenue and ensure your property is used accordingly. 

Sending Monthly Statements

We send you a copy of your financial statement every month to keep you aware of your property’s financial state.
